Gather's brand new People Profiles are here to enhance how you manage your teams in Q3.

This update introduces comprehensive profiles for each resource in your Workspace. People Profiles elevates these resources beyond text in a dropdown and create an object for each individual resource; allowing you to centrally manage their Attributes, Roles, and Project assignments. 

In Gather, this object is known as a People Profile.

Breakdown of Key Changes:

Adding People: resources are now selected from the People Profile list, displaying the People Profile name and a unique identifier.

Supplier & Role Selection: These fields are automatically populated based on the chosen People Profile and the specific Role selected for the shift. Manual entry is eliminated, ensuring consistency with predefined data.

  • Effortless team management: manage people, Suppliers and Roles from a single, central hub.

  • Reduced site team hassle: empower your site teams by creating and storing People Profiles centrally, minimising data entry.

  • Efficiency: People Profiles ensure consistent, high-quality data across all projects, saving you time and minimising errors.

  • Flexibility: you can add as many Roles to a People Profile as needed, giving you complete control over how you define your workforce.
