This article walks through what happens to your Shift Record when using our Date/Time amending feature.
What does it look like?
This feature informs Users about the implications of changing Shift Date times, and ensures automatic updates to related Access, Resource and Activity times.
When a User changes the Start Date/Time in the Shift Planner or Shift Record, a popup appears explaining the impact on the timings in your Shift Record if you were to make a change.
Upon actioning of the change, the system then automatically updates the times for associated Resources, Activities, and Access to match the new Date/Time.
This update is equal to the difference in date and time change.
Please Note: This feature does not eliminate the ability for Users to manually adjust times for Access, Resources and Activities if they choose to do so.
