This guide runs through how to customise the options that appear in your dropdowns using Gather 2.0.
At Gather, we call your dropdown options ‘Datasources’.
You can customise your Datasources for your whole Workspace, or for specific Projects.
Dropdowns that are available to customise will change based on the configuration of your Workspace, but generally- the following dropdowns have customisable Datasources:
Equipment Resources (Equipment Supplier, Equipment Type)
Variance Category (Worklog Variance Category)
People Settings (Role Type, Supplier, Attribute)

On the Project you would like to add new dropdown options to, navigate to the left-hand side menu and click the gear icon under the section ‘Workspace’.
This will open the ‘Edit Project Fields’ page.
Click the '+ Add New Line' button.
Enter your new option(s) separated by commas. You can copy and paste multiple values here.
Click on the ‘Save’ button to save your changes.
