What is Calendar View?
Calendar View is a feature which enables you to view and access all of your Shift Records from either a monthly or weekly perspective.
Shift Records that you would otherwise view from the Shift Record list screen are accessible via your calendar, filterable by Assignee and Status streamlining your Shift Record organisation.
The key benefits of Calendar View are the following:
View and access your Shift Record with a weekly and monthly view.
Understand key Shift Record properties at a glance with a pop-up modal.
Share Shift Records from Calendar View across any other calendar platform using iCal.
Step-by-step Instructions
After selecting the Project you wish to access on the Web App, click on "Shift Records''. Then select the small grey icon, resembling a calendar, in the top right-hand corner of this screen.
Clicking this button will activate the Calendar View feature, which will instantly populate the screen with data for the current month, aligning with today's date.
From here you can decide to organise your Shift Records from a weekly or monthly view. All Shift Records available to you on the list screen will be displayed on Calendar View.
Hover over a Shift Record in week view which will pop up with a compact modal displaying the supporting shift details including Assignee, Shift Start Time, Shift End Time, Shift Duration, Access Point and Shift Status.
Apply the relevant filters you wish to streamline your shifts by including ‘Assignee’ or ‘Status’. This will search for all the Shift Records which are available with the chosen filters.
By clicking into a Shift Record from Calendar View you can open up different elements of the Shift Record and make modifications and changes where necessary.
