Occasionally Possessions span multiple shifts and Shift Records which means that the information entered into our platform needs to be entered across multiple records.
Step-by-step Instructions
Completing the Access Information for a possession that spans multiple shifts relies on capturing the compulsory references (Possession Reference and Worksite Reference) and adding the times for events that have happened during the single shift.
Navigate to the Access Information section of a Shift Record and select "Possession".
Complete the compulsory fields "Possession Reference Number" and "Worksite Reference". This will allow the access data from multiple Shift Records to be tied together.
Complete the fields that are relevant to the shift that you are working on:
Taking Possession
If you are taking Possession, complete the following fields:
Possession Reference Number
Worksite Reference
Worksite Location Limit
Worksite Mileage
Track Location
Possession Time
Worksite Taken
Isolation permit received (where applicable)
On Track Machines (where applicable)
Works Commence
Works Complete
Delay Category (where applicable)
Neither taking Possession nor handing it back
If you are neither taking Possession nor handing it back, complete the following fields:
