Our Shift tagging feature enhances your ability to categorise and organise your Shift Records, promoting efficiency and clarity in your workflow.
With searchable tags, finding specific Shift Records and generating reports is more effortless and streamlined.
Keywords (up to 250 characters) can be created, edited and deleted by anyone with Office User, Project Administrator or Workspace Administrator permissions.
Navigate your way to the Shift Planner or Shift Records screen.
Click the small three dots and select “Edit Tags”.
Select “CREATE NEW TAG”.
Enter the tag in the “Tag Name” field and select “Create New Tag”.
The new Shift Tag will now be available to assign to all the Shifts you desire on both the Shift Planner and Shift Record screen.
Navigate your way into the Shift Planner or Shift Record screen.
Click the three small dots and select “Edit Tags”.
Search and / or select the tags to be added to the Shift.
To remove, simply uncheck the tags.
Select “SAVE” to complete the Shift Tagging.
Navigate your way into the Shift Records screen.
Select the filter icon in the table header.
Check/uncheck the relevant Shift Tags.
Select “SAVE” to complete the filtering.
Navigate your way into the Project Reports screen.
Click into Shift Reports or Summary Reports- depending on what you need.
Select the filter icon in the table header.
Check/uncheck the relevant Shift Tags.
Select “SAVE” to complete the filtering.
