Accessing and sharing Shift Reports has never been easier with the ability to view and share directly from both the Web App and the Mobile App.
This article details exactly how you can find and view Shift Reports, as well as how to share them to create seamless collaboration among site teams and Project managers.
Using the Web App
On the platform, select the Project you would like to view the Shift Reports for and then click on the "Project Reports" tab.
After this, click on the "Shift Reports" tab. Here, you can then view all the Shift Reports for that Project.
To download the Shift Report, click the three dots to the left of the Shift Report you wish to download. This will show the format the file is available to download in. Once you have chosen the file format you would like the report will begin downloading.
To share your Shift Report, click on the red share icon to the right of the relevant Shift Report.
Using the Mobile App
The Shift Record list on the Mobile App shows the Shift Records that you have been assigned to or created.
Click the 3 dot menu on your chosen Shift Record.
Here you will see an option to 'Share PDF Shift Report'.
Depending on your device’s make and model, you can choose how you wish to share this Shift Report.
