How to upload, edit and delete Site Documents

This article will show you how to upload, edit and delete Site Documents. Please note, you can only access the Project Documents tab to upload, edit or delete a document if you have the role of an Office User, Project Administrator or Workspace Administrator.

How to upload a document to a whole Project

  1. First, click on the relevant Project from the Project Overview screen.

  2. Then, click on 'Project Documents' in the left-hand side bar. Here, you will be able to see all Project Documents that have been uploaded.

  3. Click '+ UPLOAD A DOCUMENT' in the bottom right of the screen.

  4. Select 'CHOOSE FILE' and browse for the file you want to upload from your device.

  5. At the bottom of the upload window, select to make the file 'INFO ONLY' or 'TO BE SIGNED' (only for PDF documents).

How to upload a document to a Shift Record

  1. To access Shift Record Documents, click on the relevant Project from the Project Overview screen.

  2. Click on the three dots on the right of the Shift Record you want to upload a document to then click 'View Documents'.

  3. Click on the '+ UPLOAD DOCUMENTS' button and browse your computer for the file you would like to upload.

  4. Once selected, your chosen file will upload to the selected Shift Record.

How to upload a document using the Mobile App

Please note, that documents can only be added to specific Shift Records on the Mobile App. To add documents to a Project, you will need to use our Web App.

  1. To upload documents on the Mobile App, you must first access the relevant project.

  2. Click the three dots in the bottom right-hand corner of the shift to which you want to upload a document.

  3. You should then click the large '+' symbol at the bottom of the Mobile App and browse for the file you want to upload from your phone or tablet.

  4. Once selected, your chosen file will upload to the selected Shift Record.

How to edit Site Documents

If the document you have uploaded isn't quite right, don't worry- we allow you to change document names by clicking the three dots on the right of any document and choosing to edit.

You can also change the documents from a 'TO BE SIGNED' to an 'INFO ONLY' document, or vice versa.

How to delete Site Documents

  1. First, click the three dots on the right of the document you want to delete.

  2. Then, press 'delete' and confirm your choice by pressing 'YES, DELETE'.

  3. The document will be removed from the Shift Record or Project.

If signatures have been added to a document then you won't be able to delete the file. If you want to remove a Project Document from future Shift Records you can instead archive the file meaning it will not be removed from the Shift Records it has been signed on but will not appear on any new Shift Records.
