Important Note:
Contacting Gather Support is necessary to remove a User entirely from the Workspace. This action removes them from all Projects within the Workspace.

No, removing a User from the Workspace won't affect their People Profile

Does removing a People Profile also Remove the Associated User?
No, removing a People Profile will not remove a User account.
Unlike User accounts, People Profiles do not give people the ability to log into Gather. While a User account and a People Profile may have the same name, deleting one will not delete the other.
How Long is User Data Archived?
User and People Profile Name information is retained as long as your Gather subscription is active.
Upon subscription termination, all information stored before deletion is handed over before permanent removal from the database.
