How to sign in to your account

Signing In to Gather

This guide explains how to sign in to Gather using either the Web App or Mobile App.

Tip: For optimal performance, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on the Web App.

Signing In to the Web App

  1. Access the Web App: Visit the Gather website and click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner.

  2. Enter Credentials: On the sign-in screen, enter your registered email address and password.

  3. Verify New Device (if applicable):

    • If this is your first sign-in from this device, you'll receive an access code via email.

    • Enter the access code on the next screen.

  4. Select Workspace (if applicable):

    • If you're assigned to multiple Workspaces, choose the one you want to access.

  5. Sign In: Click "Sign In" to complete the process.

Signing In to the Mobile App (Gather Insights App)

  1. Download the App: Download the "Gather Insights" from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the App: Launch the Gather Insights App on your mobile device.

  3. Enter Credentials: Enter your registered email address and password on the login screen.

  4. Verify New Device (if applicable):

    • If this is your first sign-in from this device, you'll receive an access code via email.

    • Enter the access code on the next screen.

  5. Select Workspace (if applicable):

    • If you're assigned to multiple Workspaces, choose the one you want to access.

  6. Sign In: Tap "Sign In" to complete the process.

Important Note: The welcome email containing the access code expires after 24 hours. If you require a new one, contact your Account Manager or Gather support.
