This guide will show you how to find the version of the Gather Insights Mobile App you're currently using. Keeping the app updated is important, as we frequently release new features and bug fixes. Here's how to find the version on both Android and iOS devices.
Android Version
Open the Settings app on your phone.
Go to Apps and Notifications.
Find Gather Insights in the list of apps and tap on it.
Tap on Advanced to view more app information.
In the App Info section, scroll down to find the Version number.
iOS Version
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on General.
Select iPhone Storage.
Wait a moment for the list of apps and their storage usage to load.
Find Gather Insights in the list and tap on it.
The app version will be displayed next to the app name.
