This guide will show you how to create an Apple ID account, which is necessary to download the Gather Mobile App on your iPhone, iPad, or other Apple device.
Creating an Apple ID
On your iPhone or iPad, open the iTunes Store app.
Scroll down and tap Sign In.
Select Create New Apple ID.
Choose your country or region based on your billing address and tap Next.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy.
Fill out the form to create your Apple ID, including your email address (which will become your Apple ID) and security questions. Then tap Next.
If the email address is already in use, tap Continue and then Use Existing Apple ID.
Enter your credit card and billing information. You won't be charged unless you make a purchase, and you can edit this information later. The Gather Mobile App itself is free to download.
Check your email for a verification message from Apple and follow the steps to verify your address.
Using Your Apple ID with Gather
Once verified, open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
Search for "Gather" and install the app.
After installation, open the app, sign in with your new Apple ID, and start using Gather!
