Fatigue Management in Gather Workspaces

This guide explains how to leverage Fatigue Management within Gather workspaces to streamline data entry and improve efficiency.

Benefits of Fatigue Management:

  • Introduces a dedicated "Fatigue Reference" data source for simplified fatigue management.

  • Seamless integration with the "Labour Name" field.

  • Automatic population of fatigue information in both Shift Records and the Shift Planner.

  • Reduces manual data entry and saves time.

Enabling Fatigue Management

Note: Enabling Fatigue Management may require contacting your Gather administrator.

Accessing Fatigue Reference Data Source

  1. On the Gather homepage, click the gear icon ('cog symbol') in the top right corner and select "Workspace Settings."

  2. Navigate to the "Labour Resources" tab. This page allows you to edit Labour Supplier, Labour Name, Fatigue Reference, and Labour Type.

  3. To add new options, click the '+ ADD NEW LINE' button. You can add multiple lines by repeatedly clicking this button.

  4. Click 'Save' to update your new data sources.
