This article will guide you through how to view documents at a Project level and a Shift Record level, as well as how to view any signatures on a signed document.
To share any of these documents follow the steps below to download the signed versions and use that file to share the document.
How to view and download a document to share in the Project Documents tab
To view all Project Documents on a Project, click on the 'Project Documents' tab.
Click the three dots on the right of your chosen document.
Click 'Download'.
Alternatively, select the document to view it - here you will find a download option.
Please note, Previews are not available to all file types - this does not affect your ability to download the file.
How to view and download a document to share in the Shift Record on the Web App
Navigate to a Shift Record containing Site Documents.
Click the three dots on the right of the Shift Record.
Select 'View Documents', or the paperclip icon to top right of the Shift Record.
You will now see all documents attached to that Shift Record.
To download a document, click the three dots on the right of the document and click 'Download'; or 'Download signed' if you would like the document to include all signatures from that Shift Record as a new page.
How to view and download a document in a Shift Record on the Mobile App
Navigate to a Shift Record containing Site Documents.
Click the three dots on the right of the Shift Record.
Select 'View Documents', or the paperclip icon to top right of the Shift Record. Now you can see all the documents uploaded to your chosen Shift Record.
Make sure to download the document you want to view by pressing the download icon. You can then view the document by tapping the '>' symbol.
