Conducting Fatigue Risk Assessments

This guide explains how to conduct Fatigue Risk Assessments within Gather, allowing you to mitigate risks for field teams and gain a deeper understanding of their Fatigue levels.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing Fatigue Assessments:

  1. Fatigue Assessments are located within the designated area of the "Shift Comments" section.

  2. Click "Add Fatigue Assessment" to begin the process.

  3. Provide the required information, including:

    • Reason for the assessment

    • Shift details

    • Travel time to and from work

  4. Once all mandatory fields (*) are filled, an overall Fatigue Score will be automatically calculated.

  5. Checking the completion box triggers an email notification to your Project Manager regarding any potential Fatigue concerns. If offline, the email will be sent upon reconnection.

Important Notes:

  • Up to 5 users within your Workspace can receive email alerts. Contact your Account Manager for confirmation.

  • You can add multiple assessments within this section to track changes in User Fatigue levels.
