The Shift Planner allows proactive scheduling by identifying fatigued personnel during shift allocation, helping prevent overwork.
Key reports include the Fatigue Risk Assessment and People Detail reports, offering insights into Fatigue risk and work hours.
You can enable daily email alerts for Fatigue Exceedances, notifying you of high-risk workers within the last or next seven days.
Fatigue data is accessible through dashboards and reports covering Risk Alerts, Hours Analysis, and Compliance status, aiding in effective Fatigue Management.
Contact your Account Manager or support team to request enabling Fatigue Management.
Fatigue Management cannot be enabled for individual Projects; it applies to the entire Workspace.
A negative value indicates an assignment to multiple simultaneous shifts, resulting in a calculated zero rest time. To resolve this, remove the individual from all but one of the assigned shifts.
A dashboard can be refreshed up to 4 times daily.
Once an Exceedance is rectified, it disappears from the dashboard upon refresh (which occurs up to 4 times daily).
