This document provides a comprehensive overview of Gather's Workspace Key Insights, designed to empower you with a powerful tool for analyzing project and resource data across your entire workspace.

Understanding Workspace Key Insights

Workspace Key Insights offers a convenient way to leverage all your favourite Reports and Key Insights dashboards for every project within your workspace. This report includes six core dashboards, with an additional Fatigue Management dashboard available if the feature is enabled.

Available Dashboards

Workspace Overview (Provides a high-level view of workspace health)

  • Visualizes average Shift Productivity Score and total average (weekly and total).

  • Shows total Shift Record count and total records (weekly and total).

  • Visualizes Lost Working Time per week and total Lost Working Time.

  • Shows the number of hours worked per week and total hours worked.

  • Provides a Shift Record feed table with details like Week, Assignee, Project Name, etc.

Important Note: This dashboard is similar to the project-level version, with the key difference being a filter for project selection in the Shift Record feed table.

Resource Overview (Focuses on resource utilization across the workspace)

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Labour Hours, Plant Hours, and Suppliers.

  • Donut chart showing weekly Labour and Plant hours breakdown.

  • Clustered bar chart highlighting Key Suppliers and their activity.

  • Resource Feed table with details like Week, Shift Start Date, Resource, Resource Supplier, and Hours Worked.

  • Bar chart showing Labour hours worked, filterable by project.

Progress Overview (Tracks project progress against goals across the workspace)

  • KPIs for Shift Records, Average Shift Score, and Average Access Score.

  • Cluster scatter chart analyzing Shift Score vs Access Score (includes a project filter).

  • Activity variances table with details like Shift Start Date, Activity completion percentage, Reason for Variance, and link to the Shift (also includes a project filter).

HSQE Overview (Analyzes Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment data)

  • Area graphs showing Close Calls and Environmental Issues with dates (year and week). Clicking anywhere on the graph reveals relevant information in the comment feed and source table.

  • Area graphs showing the total number of shifts completed and total Labour hours worked (both dated by week and year).

  • Table showing all Shift Records with details like Week, Start Date, Assignee, Category, Comments, and link to the Shift.

  • Stacked bar chart showing the total number of comments by assignee (filterable by project, week, and Shift start date).

HSQE Detail (Provides detailed information on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment data)

  • Table displaying the same information as Visual 5 in the HSQE Overview dashboard (Week, Start Date, Assignee, Category, Comments, and link to the Shift). This table is also filterable by project, week, and Shift date.

Project Search (Enables filtering and searching of project data across the workspace)

  • Search functionality for comments and location.

  • Filters for Assignee, Access Type, Activity Location, and Activity.

  • Shift Record table with details like Week, Start Date, Discipline, Activity, Planned Activity, Unit of Measure (UoM), Reason for Variance, and link to the Shift (includes a project filter).

  • Comment feed table with details like Week, Category, Comment, and link.
