This guide walks you through the setup and configuration process for People Profiles.
Editing People Settings:
To set up People Profiles, first ensure that your People Settings are up to date. Located within Workspace Settings, the People Settings tab allows Workspace Administrators to set the following fields:
Role Type
Supplier
Attribute
Information added here will be available to access in all People Profiles.
Creating new profiles:
Click on the “People” tab to the top right of your screen. From here, scroll to the bottom of your screen and select “+ Add Profile”.
Enter the People Profile name and any relevant Attributes, along with their Value.
Once you've added your Profile Name, you can add Roles to your new People Profile in the “Roles” section.
Editing existing profiles:
To edit an existing People Profile, click into the “People” section to the top right of your screen, followed by the People Profile you would like to edit.
From here, you can edit the People Profile name and Attributes, or the Roles associated with the People Profile. To do so, click on the “Edit” buttons under the respective sections.
