How do I set up a dashboard?
Your dashboard will need to be configured by our support team.

Can I request a custom dashboard?
Depending on your requirements, we can create custom dashboards.

How often do dashboards refresh?
Dashboards can refresh up to four times a day.
This process can take up to an hour.
If you would like to request your dashboard to update at certain times, please inform our support team.
How long will my dashboard take to set up?
If you have requested a standard dashboard to be set up for your Workspace/ Project, this can usually be done for you between 1-2 business days.
Set up time for custom dashboards will depend on the provided requirements.
Can I filter the data on my dashboards?
Yes, all of our standard dashboard templates have multiple filtering functions.
Most of these filters are either dropdowns or bar graphs which you can click on to filter.
