Complete all compulsory fields
Access Information
Planned Works Commence - the time works were planned to begin
Actual Works Commence - populate the same as ‘Planned Works Complete’
Planned Works Complete - the time works were planned to end
Actual Works Complete - populate the same as ‘Planned Works Complete’
Variance Category - Choose option: ‘All works cancelled’
Resource Information
Complete all compulsory fields
Worklog
Actual Quantity - 0
Reason for variance - Explain why shift was cancelled
Shift Comments
Complete all compulsory fields
Hours Allocation
Allocate 0 hours to all Resources and state the shift was cancelled in the "Reason for variance" box
We would also recommend that all cancelled Shift Records be tagged.
