The Shift Report will help you find out what happened on a shift. It is the who, what, why, where and when of every shift. This may be used to find issues and then delve into one of our more detailed reports. This article will cover everything you need to know about these reports.

What is shown in the Shift Report?
Shift Information
This section details all the information you need to reference including shift timings, locations, Meeting Points, weather conditions and who the shift was assigned to.
Key Highlights
This section pulls out Key Highlights from the shift including your Shift Score, Lost Working Time, the number of Close Calls raised and the number of People Profiles utilised in the Shift.
Summary of Works
This pulls through the information from the Actual Works page. It lists all activities planned for the shift including the Planned Quantity vs the Actual Quantity achieved.
Event Timings
This includes the start and end times of each activity. If any issues or comments were raised in an activity then this will show here.
Resource Information
This section will list out all the resources on-site including People, Plant and Material resources. This will include the resource type and who it was supplied by.
Shift Comments
In this section, you will see any comments that were added to a shift including pre-works notes, general Shift Comments, any Close Calls and any Environmental Issues raised.
Hours Allocation
This section allows you to see how much time each resource spent on each activity and at each location.
Appendix A / Images
Any images added to a shift will appear in this section with a reference number and a download link.
Appendix B / Document Signatures
Any documents signed at Project level, as well as shift level, will appear here.

Field Staff users can only download their own reports.
Office Staff users, Project Managers and Account Managers can download all available reports
Can I print my Shift Report?
Yes, a downloaded Shift Report can be printed.
