This article guides you through Gather's Resource-Only configuration.
Shift Record Steps
The Resource-Only configuration features a three-step process for creating Shift Records:
Step 1: Shift Information
This step requires you to input the following:
Start Time: time the shift begins.
End Time: time the shift ends.
Shift Duration: recorded duration of the shift in hours.
Contract Reference: editable field configured in Project Settings.
Access Point: editable field configured in Project Settings.
Assignee: who is assigned to fill out to the Shift Record.

Step 2: Resource Information
This step requires you to input the following:
Name: People Profile name.
Role Type: the Role Type/ job title.
Supplier: name of the Supplier for the particular role.
Start Time: the time this specific individual began working.
End Time: the time this specific individual finished working.
Travel Time (To Site): time taken to arrive at site.
Travel Time (From Site): time taken to return home from site.
Step 3: Shift Comments
This step requires you to input the following:
Shift Comments: capture general comments about the shift.
Health & Safety Issues: document any accidents, Incidents, or Health & Safety Issues that occurred during the shift- along with multiple related photos.
Environmental Issues: capture any Environmental Issues encountered during the shift- along with multiple related photos.
Fatigue Assessment: documents fatigue related information for the shift.
